My Story

Hello! I'm Lindsey Bailey, a proud native of the picturesque Waynesboro, Virginia. My heart has always danced to the tune of music; a passion that led me to pursue Music Education at James Madison University (JMU). For 15 wonderful years, I had the privilege of sharing my love for music with my students, enriching their lives and deepening their appreciation for the art.

Beyond the melodies and rhythms, I find immense satisfaction in my role as a career coach. Guiding individuals towards their professional aspirations and watching them flourish is truly a rewarding experience.

Family is the heartbeat of my life. I'm the proud mother of two remarkable children. Matthew, my 16-year-old, is navigating the challenges and joys of high school, showing a wisdom and maturity beyond his years. Then there's my vibrant little Charlotte, who at 4 is taking on preschool with boundless enthusiasm. They're my constant reminders of life's beauty and unpredictability.

You might have guessed from my subtle hint earlier – yes, I'm the agent's wife. Every summer and during holiday breaks, I lend a hand at the agency. This role brings a change of pace and a chance to flex different skills, all while being close to home and family.

Outside of work, you'll often find me cheering Matthew on at school events, watching Charlotte's delightful preschool performances, or indulging in the local music scene.
